VMware vSphere technology was chosen to increase the level of availability for all of Twenty Six Design’s business critical applications while allowing Touch Support to eliminate planned downtime for common maintenance operations and recover rapidly from operating system and server failures.
Recovery
Multiple backup systems were implemented in order to ensure business continuity. Block and file-level restores are available at the click of a button to ensure prompt restores to corrupted or deleted data.
