Employee Benefits
Congruent with our goal of promoting staff satisfaction, we are always on the
lookout for additional benefits to add to our current offerings.
Health Care
After 60 days at Touch Support, any employee working more than 30 hours per
week is entitled to full health benefits including:
- Company paid* health insurance. Our health insurance offers a $250 annual
deductible with $15 office visits and $15-$40 prescription plans.
- Company paid* dental plan.
- Company paid* vision plan.
- Company paid* life insurance.
* For the overwhelming majority of our staff, benefits are 100% paid for by Touch
Support, however, there are limits to the amount of benefits we can offer for
certain individuals, typically those with children or spouses, which require a
small cooperative payment each month.
Time Off When You Need It
We have a unique system for scheduling and requesting time off from work.
We understand that life has many unexpected events that cause us to desire
or require time off from work for varying reasons. You may request as much
time off as you need at Touch Support, though since this is a shared system,
you should expect to help your teammates with their time off requests in equal
amounts.
Profit Sharing
Touch Support employees enjoy end-of-year profit sharing (and have since inception)
to recognize the additional efforts of everyone on the team.
Additional Pay for Holidays
While we wish it were possible for us to close on holidays, technical support
requires 24/7/365 vigilance. What we can and do offer is time and a half or double
time bonuses for working holiday hours.
Incidental benefits
In addition the above, though perhaps not on the same level, we offer several smaller
staff benefits to make working here more enjoyable including free soft drinks and discounts
at local merchants for being a Touch Support employee.
