Touch Support
is located on the corner of 4th and Main St, on
the 2nd floor of the Schultz-Walgamuth Building,
downtown Lafayette. We are conveniently within walking
distance of many downtown locations and just over
a mile from the South East corner of Purdue's campus.
We currently occupy just over 2,000 sq. ft., however
we maintain options to acquire an additional 1,200
sq. ft. at our present location and up to 9,000
sq. ft. at a secondary location should the need
to scale quickly present itself.
As of late 2006, we maintain our own fiber as our
primary source of connectivity. Touch Support employs
fault tolerance in its power, voice, and Internet
systems.
