hardening, to monitoring and responding to server events, to fixing
hardware issues - all done by our 24/7/365 team. If you have any
questions or issues, our team is always available to you via the
helpdesk and/or our phone support system to make sure that your
hardware is always operating at maximum efficiency.
Support Options
We provide several levels of support customized to meet
your administrative needs.
Standard
Our basic level of support provides for 15-minute
interval checking on 3 pre-defined ports. Our monitoring team - an
actual human being, not an automated program - will respond to any
downtime events following notification of
any issues and work to bring the service back online, or follow the
appropriate response procedure to notify you of further issues. In
addition to monitoring, our administrative team is available for up to
1 hour of admin work per month. We'll also perform our initial security
audit and server hardening to make sure your server is up to date and
secured.

Advanced
Building on the Standard support option, our Advanced
option checks 5 pre-defined ports every 10 minutes. In addition, our
administrators will check the health of your disk, perform an RPM
integrity verification check, kernel, control panel, and general system
updates, and will perform Nessus security scans monthly. 2 hours of
admin work per month are included in this package, as well as initial
server setup, server backup configuration/implementation, and all of
the services included in the Standard package.

Enterprise
Our Enterprise level support option bumps up the service
monitoring to every 5 minutes on 9 ports. In addition, we provide phone
support and 24/7 administration availability for any issues that may
come up on your server. All our our security, hardening, and update
scans will be performed on your server, including, but not limited to
SSH hardening, root kit scan, remote port scan, process and socket
audit, and Apache/PHP/mySQL updates. In addition, we will perform
weekly Nessus security scans, and set up a managed firewall to protect
your server against intrusion. 4 hours of admin work per month are
included with this level of service. In the event that your server
suffers an intrusion event, we will re-secure the server and restore
the entire server from backups. Level 3 end-user support is also
available at this level of support.

Enterprise Plus
Enterprise Plus support provides 5-minute interval
monitoring on 13 pre-defined ports as well as 2 custom ports that you
define. Our monitoring team will be available to you for phone support
24/7/365m as well as 24/7 assistance from our administrative team. All
of the security and hardening features are available to this level of
support, as well as daily Nessus security scans, and 6 hours of admin
work per month. End-user Level 3 support is also available.

Paramount
Paramount support is the pinnacle of our support
offerings. 13 ports plus any number of custom ports will be monitored
every 5 minutes to ensure all of your services are available all the
time. In addition to all of the services, scans, security updates,
monitoring features, and the availability of our team provided by the
previous support packages, Paramount support provides end-user Level 3
support, 12 hours of admin work are available per month.
