Touch Support offers a suite of world-class outsourced technical support services to web hosting companies of all sizes. Our customers are able to choose from a wide range of support options including Help Desk, Live Chat, and Phone support for a complete outsourced solution. Below are profiles of our management team that has shaped the company into what is is today.

Brent Shreve - Joined the Touch Support team in 2006 and has provided thousands of end-users with Level 1 and Level 2 e-mail, phone and live chat support. Brent oversees the day-to-day operation and flow of technical support and coordinates closely with our administration team to develop new processes and solutions to better Touch Support's product offerings. Brent, originally from Centerville, Ohio, holds a B.S. from Purdue University in Financial Planning and continues to play an active role in energizing the hosting industry.

James Polan - James maintains a hands on role at every level of Touch Support. Having started as a Level 1 technician, he has a strong understanding of the companies day to day operations and works closely with both technicians and clients to maintain our superior services. James manages our team of technicians and administrators during the evenings.

Jordan Cooks - Entered the web hosting industry by joining Touch Support as a Level 1 technician in 2007. Since then, he has provided Level 1 and Level 2 technical support specializing in all Linux flavors, cPanel, Plesk, and Windows. Recently, he was promoted to Evening Shift manager, overseeing all end-user support operations on weekend evenings.

Chris Cook - Chris joined the Touch Support team in 2009, after relocating from Ohio. Chris provides Level 1 and Level 2 support via support tickets and phones, as well as supervises the office proceedings during the day. He is involved with our weekly staff meetings as well as management meetings. He also plays a part in ensuring a smooth transition between our technicians' shifts.
