VPS Management Options
For all packages listed below we refer to the
primary hardware node (running your virtualization
software, e.g. Virtuozzo, OpenVZ, Xen) as a VPS
and each individual virtual environment (e.g.
your clients' accounts) as a VE.
All packages require that your primary VPS is covered
by our ::Admin Lite:: server
administration package ($49.95/mo. per
server).
All VEs must have either cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin
installed.
Level 3 Tickets Only [$6.95/mo.
per VE]
If you already have Level 1/2 ticket support for
your VPS clients, you can now add Level 3 ticket
support to complete your managed VPS offerings
at an incredibly low fixed rate per VE.
Monitoring + Level 3 Tickets [$11.95/mo.
per VE]
For an additional $5.00/mo, we will also monitor
each VE individually on 13 different ports and
restart the VE should it fail completely within
12 minutes of service failure. This package includes
everything normally included in our standard ::Reaction::
server monitoring & response package.
VPS- ::Admin Lite:: - Full VE Management
[$19.95/mo. per VE]
Our full management option includes every feature
normally associated with our ::Admin Lite:: server
administration plan, including 24/7 monitoring
& response, pro-active server management, weekly
security audits, and Level 3 tickets (when purchased
in tandem with Per-ticket
support).
