Calls are purchased on a monthly, per-minute basis
and are used as a medium for opening tickets. Calls
must be purchased in tandem with per-ticket support
as each call requiring any troubleshooting will
prompt the creation of a ticket for the end-user.
Our technicians will answer very basic questions
over the phone (e.g. What are my nameservers? or
Do you allow SSH access?), however, any non-policy
or very basic general support related (Level 1)
questions will prompt the creation of a ticket,
billed at the above per-ticket rates.
