Touch Support can support and administer a wide variety of virtualization technologies. Touch Support recommends high-availability VMWare clustering for virtualization. Our administrators also support a combination of other virtualization techologies.

Standard
With our Standard support tier, our administrative team is available for up to 1 hour of admin work per month. We'll also perform our initial security audit and server hardening to make sure your server is up to date and secured. Standard Support also provides monitoring on 15-minute intervals checking 3 pre-defined ports. Our monitoring team will respond to any downtime events following notification of any issues and work to bring the service back online, or follow the appropriate response procedure to notify you of further issues.
Advanced
Building on the Standard support option, our Advanced option provides 2 hours of administrative work per month covering any of our expert services, as well as initial server setup, server backup configuration/implementation, and all of the services included in the Standard package. Our administrators will check the health of your virtual disk, perform an RPM integrity verification check, apply control panel and system updates. We will also perform Nessus security scans monthly. Advanced support also provides monitoring for 5 pre-defined ports every 10 minutes.
Enterprise
With Enterprise level support, our administrative team is available to provide phone support and 24/7 administration availability for any issues that may come up on your server. All our our security, hardening, and update scans will be performed on your server. In addition, we will perform weekly Nessus security scans, and set up a managed firewall to protect your server against intrusion. 4 hours of admin work per month are included with this level of service. In the event that your server suffers an intrusion event, we will re-secure the server and restore the entire server from backups. Our Enterprise level support option bumps up the service monitoring to every 5 minutes on 9 ports. Level 3 end-user support is also available on this plan.
Enterprise Plus
Enterprise Plus support provides 24/7 assistance from our administrative team. All of the security and hardening features are available to this level of support, as well as daily Nessus security scans, and 6 hours of admin work per month. Our monitoring team will cover 5-minute interval monitoring on 13 pre-defined ports as well as 2 custom ports that you define, and will be available for 24/7/365 phone support whenever you need to reach them about any issues with your server. End-user Level 3 support is also available.
Paramount
Paramount support is the pinnacle of our support offerings. In addition to all of the services, scans, security updates, monitoring features, and the availability of our team provided by the previous support packages, Paramount support provides end-user Level 3 support, and 12 hours of admin time can be billed to this package per month. 13 ports plus any number of custom ports will be monitored every 5 minutes to ensure all of your services are covered by our expert monitoring and response team.
