Who are we?

Hands on Server Support d.o.o. is a Croatian Business Process Optimization company that is in partnership with a US-based company, Touch Support. Since 2015, we have experienced strong and stable growth and have grown into a multinational company with more than 400 employees. 

This is a work-from-home position, and we provide all the necessary equipment.  We are proud of our long experience and success with training and onboarding new team members online.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To implement HR policies and procedures and actively participate in its design
  • Assisting with daily operations of the HR department
  • Answering employee questions and resolving issues related to HR policies and procedures
  • Resolving administrative inquiries of employees 
  • Designing, evaluating, and improving policies and procedures
  • Actively keeping track of the sick leaves and vacation balance 
  • Carry out the onboarding and offboarding process with employees
  • Conducting regular feedback meetings with the employees
  • Designing and implementing company initiatives (company events, organizational culture)
  • Taking care of the office management tasks and duties 
  • Compiling and preparing data for statistical reporting
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • HR administration part:
    • collection, processing, and preparation of data for salary calculation 
    • updating information related to the employee’s legal status 
    • administrative work keeping records in accordance with work processes 
    • responsibility for keeping the confidentiality of personal, family, and business status of all employees, in accordance with human resources procedures


  • Previous experience in HR roles, administration, or alternatively in fields of education or social work 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or any other HR-related field
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language, both written and verbal 
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset and the drive to implement new ideas and to constantly improve the processes you work on
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding
